Telangana is entering the final phase of preparations for the Rising Global Summit, where the state will showcase its $3 trillion long-term economic vision. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy conducted a comprehensive review at Praja Bhavan ahead of the event scheduled for December 8–9 at Bharat Future City.

Reddy directed officials to complete and refine the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document, which will soon be made accessible to the public through a digital platform. The summit is expected to attract more than 5,000 delegates and is positioned as a major investment magnet, with the government aiming to secure ₹1 lakh crore in commitments across tourism, technology, and energy sectors.

Adding star power, the two-day event will feature concerts by M.M. Keeravani, and actor Salman Khan is expected to attend. Officials also unveiled the Telangana Quantum Strategy, aimed at establishing Hyderabad as India’s first Quantum City. Once the summit concludes, the venue will be opened to the public free of charge.

Revanth Reddy also acknowledged a message from Sonia Gandhi, who shared her appreciation for Telangana’s development roadmap and extended warm wishes for the success of the summit. Her support, he said, further strengthens the state’s resolve to deliver a landmark global event.

The summit signals Telangana’s ambition to reposition itself as a global hub for next-generation technology and high-value investment. Public access to the vision document could help build transparency and citizen engagement. The Quantum Strategy, if implemented effectively, may also give Hyderabad a competitive edge in emerging tech ecosystems.
