Salman Khan Ventures (SKV), the business arm of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, has unveiled plans to invest ₹10,000 crore in Telangana for the development of a large integrated township along with a film and television production hub. The project is being positioned as a high-end urban and entertainment destination built to international benchmarks.

According to the company, the proposed township will include upscale housing and premium lifestyle facilities such as leisure zones, curated green spaces, and recreational infrastructure. Alongside this, SKV intends to set up a state-of-the-art studio complex capable of supporting big-budget films, OTT productions, post-production work, and talent development activities.

The investment announcement was made during the Telangana Raising Global Summit, where the state government signed multiple high-value investment agreements on the opening day. Officials said such projects are expected to create employment, attract visitors, and strengthen Telangana’s profile as a growing hub for media and urban development.
