New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit several north Indian states battered by floods and landslides to review relief and rehabilitation efforts, official sources said on Friday.

Incessant rains have caused large-scale destruction, claiming hundreds of lives and damaging infrastructure and crops. Himachal Pradesh is among the worst-hit, with over 360 deaths reported, 1,087 roads blocked, and thousands of power and water supply lines disrupted, according to the State Disaster Management Authority.
