Owaisi Blasts Modi–Shah, Urges Seemanchal to Vote Out ‘Fear Politics’
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi fiercely attacked PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah at a large Katihar rally, urging Seemanchal voters to reject communal fear-mongering and vote for development and rights.
At a packed rally in Katihar’s Balrampur constituency, AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi launched a blistering critique of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, accusing them of smearing residents of Seemanchal as “infiltrators.” Owaisi told the crowd at Barsoi’s PWD ground that every person present is Indian and urged voters to shrug off “politics of fear.” He vowed to defeat the BJP and RSS and promised to fight for local rights and sweeping change.
Owaisi also spotlighted chronic local problems — irregular electricity and inadequate healthcare — and urged voters to choose leaders who will deliver services rather than divisive slogans. He shared the stage with AIMIM Bihar chief Akhtarul Iman, spokesperson Adil Hasan, and other senior party figures.
Earlier, Amit Shah had pledged tough action against alleged infiltrators in Seemanchal — a line Owaisi rejected as a political smear.
Analysis
Owaisi’s speech reframes Seemanchal’s contest from identity to development. For voters weary of outages and poor health services, this appeal could translate into issue-based voting if opposition parties push sustained local plans. Practical advice: residents should press candidates for clear, time-bound promises on power and healthcare rather than rhetoric.
