Hetero Pharma will recruit over 300 Intermediate-qualified candidates in Telangana under a partnership with the Department of Intermediate Education, offering training and career opportunities.

Pharmaceutical major Hetero Pharma has expanded its recruitment programme in Telangana by announcing more than 300 employment opportunities for candidates who have completed Intermediate (10+2). The hiring drive is being conducted in collaboration with the Telangana Department of Intermediate Education under the state's Telangana Training and Placement programme.

The company will recruit eligible candidates for its production and quality control departments across various manufacturing facilities. Officials said nearly 70 aspirants have already secured placements through a recent mega job fair organised as part of the initiative.

Along with recruitment, Hetero Pharma plans to provide structured skill development programmes designed to prepare candidates for careers in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Company representatives said the partnership reflects its commitment to creating long-term employment opportunities while strengthening the industry's skilled workforce.

Director of Intermediate Education Abhilasha Abhinav said the initiative would help students transition from classrooms to industry by equipping them with practical skills and improving access to stable career opportunities.
