Hyderabad: A toll-free call center and help desk for Indiramma Housing beneficiaries was launched at the Housing Corporation office on Thursday, September 11. Beneficiaries can dial 1800-599-5991 between 7 am and 9 pm daily to register complaints or seek assistance.

The center will address issues like pending bill payments, delays in photo uploads, technical glitches, and corruption complaints. Grievances will be forwarded to concerned officials, and beneficiaries will be updated on the action taken.

Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, who inaugurated the facility, said the call center along with the Indiramma app would ensure transparency and better accessibility for beneficiaries.
