Delhi’s new Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, launched a coordinated relief effort, ensuring that victims received essentials—like food, water, medical aid, and livestock support—while ramping up relief camps across affected neighborhoods. She also mobilized multiple departments, including PWD, DJB, and irrigation teams, to reinforce embankments and clear waterlogged zones.
