                                <p><strong>AICC appoints 22 observers for Telangana DCC president selection; Waqf Board Chairman Syed Azmatullah Husseni named for Chhattisgarh panel under Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan.</strong></p>
<p data-start="582" data-end="842">The <strong data-start="586" data-end="625">All India Congress Committee (AICC)</strong> has appointed <strong data-start="640" data-end="687">22 senior leaders as observers in Telangana</strong> to oversee the selection of District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents. The move, part of the <em data-start="784" data-end="810">Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan</em>, took effect on September 23.</p>
<p data-start="844" data-end="987">AICC General Secretary <strong data-start="867" data-end="885">K.C. Venugopal</strong> confirmed that Congress President approved the proposal for Telangana, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan.</p>
<p data-start="989" data-end="1155">In Telangana, senior leaders like <strong data-start="1023" data-end="1133">V. Narayansamy, C.P. Joshi, Shakti Sinh Gohil, Benny Behanan, Shobha Oza, B.V. Srinivas, and Rizwan Arshad</strong> have been included.</p>
<p data-start="1157" data-end="1364">For <strong data-start="1161" data-end="1177">Chhattisgarh</strong>, the panel of 17 observers also features <strong data-start="1219" data-end="1266">Waqf Board Chairman Syed Azmatullah Husseni</strong>, alongside other senior Congress leaders. Rajasthan too has its own set of appointed observers.</p>
<p data-start="1366" data-end="1558">According to the party, these appointments will ensure a <strong data-start="1423" data-end="1458">transparent, democratic process</strong> for DCC president selections and help <strong data-start="1497" data-end="1516">energise cadres</strong> ahead of upcoming political challenges.</p>
