At HICC Hyderabad, CM Revanth Reddy addressed 500+ young cardiologists, highlighting technology, compassion, and Telangana’s growing role in global healthcare.

More than 500 young heart specialists from India and overseas gathered in Hyderabad as the Fellows India Conference–2025 opened at the HICC, with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy welcoming the delegates. Addressing the audience, he underlined that staying updated with new medical advances must go hand in hand with empathy and patient care.

The Chief Minister pointed to Hyderabad’s fast-growing reputation as a centre for life sciences, pharmaceuticals and advanced healthcare, saying the state wants to be a place where both innovation and quality treatment flourish. He also told doctors that the government remains open to professional advice that can help strengthen public health systems.

Revanth Reddy called for greater focus on heart disease prevention, urging the medical community to push awareness on healthy living and early detection. He also encouraged wider training in life-saving skills like CPR, noting that simple interventions can make the difference between life and death.

From a public policy perspective, such interactions between doctors and government leaders help bridge the gap between clinical realities and decision-making. For young specialists, the conference also offers a chance to shape not just careers, but the future of cardiac care in India.
