Hyderabad: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday announced support for Opposition vice-presidential candidate and former Supreme Court judge B. Sudershan Reddy.

Owaisi said the Telangana CMO requested AIMIM’s backing, calling Reddy a “fellow Hyderabadi and respected jurist.” He also spoke to Reddy and conveyed his best wishes ahead of the September 9 poll.
